Welcome to our three new ARThrite-UL Center researchers! 🎉
🔹 Dr. Justine Lafleur-Careau completed her residency at the Université de Sherbrooke, followed by fellowships at McGill University in systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases and at the University of Toronto in vasculitis. His work on lupus and vasculitis, as well as his contribution to the MRAS database and biobank, will be valuable assets to our centre.
🔹 Dr. Wen Qi completed his MD at Laval University, followed by a fellowship at the University of Toronto. An expert in musculoskeletal ultrasound, he also has a background in immuno-oncology and rheumatoid arthritis. He is now Director of the Clinical Rheumatology Department at the CHU de Québec.
🔹 Dr. Marc-Olivier Dubé, a researcher at CIRRIS, is a physiotherapist by training. Holder of a PhD in clinical and biomedical sciences from Université Laval and trained as a postdoctoral fellow at La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia), his research focuses on musculoskeletal pain, particularly knee injuries and osteoarthritis.
